2-year quality guarantee & returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on earrings, even if unworn.
How do I care for my jewellery?
French Attic pieces use high-quality plating over brass base metal. Use a soft cloth such as a glasses cloth to remove dirt. Avoid using jewellery polishing cloths as they may affect the plating.
Products are covered by a two year guarantee when stored and used as directed.
Always remove jewellery when you shower or swim and protect from moisture, heat and chemicals.
Avoid applying creams, spraying perfume or using chemicals near your jewellery.
Store jewellery out of direct sunlight and humidity, in an airtight pouch or box.
What type of crystals do you use?
French Attic uses highly faceted and luxurious Czech and Austrian crystals.
I’ve lost a crystal. Help!
Even with industrial-strength glue, sometimes crystals go astray. French Attic will replace any lost crystals and return to you at no charge.
Email hello@frenchattic.com.au and we’ll have you wearing your jewellery again soon.
Postage to send items to French Attic is payable by the purchaser.
Which payment types do you accept?
Master, Visa and American Express credit cards, Paypal, Afterpay and bank transfer.
What is Afterpay?
Pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. Afterpay makes it simple to pay when it suits you best.
To view terms of use, please see here – www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms
Who do you ship with?
French Attic uses Australia Post for shipping.
Where do you ship from?
French Attic ships from Perth, Western Australia.
Do you do returns?
We will happily replace any faulty items. Bracelets and necklaces are covered by our satisfaction guarantee and can be exchanged, while earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty). For full terms, please see here.– www.frenchattic.com.au/returns/

Change-of-mind exchanges
If you don’t love your jewellery, please email hello@frenchattic.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Please contact us before returning any items.
To qualify for an exchange, jewellery must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with its original jewellery box and also in original condition.
Earrings are excluded from change-of-mind exchanges for hygiene reasons. Gift cards are also excluded.
Customers are responsible for return postage and the postage cost of sending the exchanged item. We will invoice you for the outgoing postage prior to shipping.
Skin sensitivities
Our jewellery is made from a nickel-free brass base metal with nickel-free plating. Individual reactions to jewellery can vary, and a skin reaction does not, by itself, establish that a product is faulty. If you have known metal allergies or particularly sensitive skin, please carefully consider suitability and contact us about the materials prior to purchasing.
Faulty Items
If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please email hello@frenchattic.com.au with your order details, a description of the problem and clear photographs.
We will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law. We will reimburse reasonable return postage costs and postage of the repaired or replaced item where a fault is confirmed.
