Exchanges & Satisfaction Guarantee
French Attic offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on eligible items. If you don’t love your jewellery, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and you will be invoiced for postage of the exchanged item.
To organise an exchange, please email hello@frenchattic.com.au prior to returning your item.
Refunds are not offered.
Gift cards are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee.
All returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
