How do I care for my jewellery?

French Attic pieces use high-quality plating over brass base metal.  Regular polishing will reduce tarnishing which may occur over time.

Products are covered by a lifetime plating guarantee when stored and used as directed.

Always remove jewellery when you shower or swim and protect from moisture, heat and chemicals.

Avoid applying creams, spraying perfume or using chemicals near your jewellery.

Store jewellery out of direct sunlight and humidity, in an airtight pouch or box.

 

I’ve lost a crystal.  Help!

Even with industrial-strength glue, sometimes crystals go astray.  French Attic will replace any lost crystals and return to you at no charge. 

Email hello@frenchattic.com.au and we’ll have you wearing your jewellery again pronto.

Postage to return to French Attic is payable by the purchaser.
